VeloVPN is operated by DikaWorld. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use the VeloVPN mobile application, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

2. What We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

  • Anonymous User ID — generated via Firebase Authentication to identify your subscription status across sessions
  • Purchase Records — Google Play purchase tokens used to verify your subscription
  • Device Type — Android version and device model for compatibility
  • Crash Reports — anonymous data to diagnose app crashes

3. What We Do NOT Collect

We are committed to your privacy. We do NOT collect:

  • Your browsing history or DNS queries
  • Traffic content passing through the VPN
  • Your original IP address logs
  • Sites you visit while connected
  • Personal identifiers (name, email) unless you contact support

VeloVPN operates under a strict no-activity-logs policy.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • Verify and maintain your subscription status
  • Provide the VPN service
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues
  • Show rewarded ads on the free plan (via Google AdMob)

5. Third-Party Services

VeloVPN uses these trusted third-party services:

  • Firebase (Google) — for authentication and subscription sync. Firebase Privacy
  • Google AdMob — for rewarded ads on the free plan. Google Privacy
  • Google Play Billing — for subscription payments

6. Data Retention

Subscription records are kept for the duration of your subscription plus 24 months for tax and accounting purposes. Crash reports are auto-deleted after 90 days.

7. Children's Privacy

VeloVPN is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents may contact us to request deletion.

8. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we have about you
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Withdraw consent
