VeloVPN Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the VeloVPN application, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Description of Service

VeloVPN is a mobile VPN (Virtual Private Network) application that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers. The app is owned and operated by DikaWorld.

3. Free Plan and Ads

VeloVPN offers a free plan supported by rewarded advertisements via Google AdMob. To use the VPN on the free plan, you must voluntarily watch a short ad to unlock a 30-minute session.

4. Premium Subscriptions and Billing

VeloVPN offers Premium plans via in-app purchase:

  • 1 Day pass
  • 1 Week pass
  • 1 Month subscription
  • 1 Year subscription
  • Family plan (up to 5 devices)

Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.

5. Refunds

All purchases are handled through Google Play. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use VeloVPN for:

  • Illegal activities of any kind
  • Hacking, spamming, or sending malware
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Harassment or harmful behavior
  • Bypassing legitimate restrictions in your jurisdiction
  • Reselling or redistributing the service

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Disclaimers

VeloVPN is provided "AS IS" without warranties. While we use modern encryption, no service can guarantee 100% security or anonymity. You are responsible for complying with local laws when using a VPN.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DikaWorld is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VeloVPN.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal use, or abuse of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DikaWorld operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
